  • Q: What is the return policy?

    Products must be returned in new and unused condition and must include any and all product packaging, instruction manuals, blank warranty cards and or accessories. If the item cannot be resold as new, it cannot be returned. Returns must include customer's complete name, address, phone number and explanation as to why the product is being returned.

    Returns received that do not meet the above criteria will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. If product is a custom special order and subsequently cancelled, a 20% fee will apply.

    All products must be returned within 10 days of receipt.

    Balkowitsch Enterprises, Inc., reserves the right to change our return policy at any time without, incurring any obligations to make the reserved terms applicable to products previously sold.

    This return policy does not apply to special order, personalized, custom made, personal care or homeopathic products.

  • Q: What are the expected delivery timeframes?

    We do our best to ship all products immediately.

    Normal ground shipping inside the United States takes 7-10 BUSINESS days (14 Calendar Days) to arrive.

    Shipping outside of the United States can take 3-4 weeks to arrive depending on customs and clearance delays. Please understand that we have no control over delivery times abroad since a foreign customs department can delay delivery of an item for an unpredictable amount of time.

  • Q: What is the international customs fees, duties, and taxes policy?

    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

  • Q: What is the warranty policy?

    All products have a one-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you should need assistance with your warranty, our customer service department will assist you with contacting the manufacturer.

    We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, Master Card, and American Express) and Paypal

  • Q: Will I receive notification when my order is shipped?

    Yes, once your order is shipped you will receive the carrier and tracking information.

  • Q: What is the refund policy?

    Products that meet the return policy will be given a full purchase price refund. Shipping,return shipping, customs fees are non-refundable.

    Any custom or specialty orders with specific color choices will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
